E-mail SHIPPING ADVISE, then call out to confirm receipt with customer. Provide Arrival Notice at least three days prior ETA, check docs with customer and customer’s broker.

Arrange the most suitable sailing schedule by coordinating with the cargo ready date.

Notice by Email
E-mail Shipping Order and call out to confirm receipt with customer. Shipping Order would clearly inform customer the correct Cut Off Date, late gate schedule, container yard for empty container pick-up and cut off terminal to return the loaded container or terminal for LCL cargo delivery.

Track the pick up status at destination port.
