Pre-shipment Coordination
We communicate with the overseas shipper to confirm cargo readiness and provide timely updates to our clients. We then arrange the optimal sailing schedule based on the cargo readiness date.

Shipping Notification
We send a Shipping Advice by email and follow up with a phone call to confirm receipt. An Arrival Notice is issued at least three days before the estimated time of arrival ( ETA ). We also verify documentation with the client and their customs broker.

Cargo Tracking
We monitor cargo status and assist in handling any irregularities during transit.

Additional Services
Import customs clearance and domestic delivery services are available upon request.

Shipping Orders are emailed to clients and followed up with a call. The order includes details such as the cut-off date, late gate availability, container yard for empty pick-up, and terminal information for full container or LCL cargo delivery.
